Absorbent spreader ÖlTiger® 12V.
Apply oil binder accurately, efficiently and quickly when using a fire service or municipal vehicle.
On the one hand, using „ÖlTiger®“ reduces the potential risk associated with distributing oil binder for emergency services; on the other hand, the machine can distribute it much faster, more evenly and more conveniently than by hand. This saves materials (up to 70% less oil binder) and, accordingly, costs for subsequent removal. „ÖlTiger®“ can be connected to almost all vehicles with 12/24 V power supplies, such as cars, trucks, towing vehicles, wheel loaders, etc., and can be installed and fully ready for use in just a few minutes.
Perfectly prepared for special operations:
- Transparent containers with the option to empty residues (capacity 110 l: oil binder for areas up to 1200 m²).
- LAS control panel (standard equipment).
- 12 V drive – 24 V power supply also possible via a voltage converter (optional equipment).
- Slide and spreading plate made of stainless steel.
- Front and rear mounting possible.
- OPTION: Brine mixer in the hopper for very difficult-flowing oil binder mixtures.

To set the spreading width by continuously adjusting the spreading disc speed and to control all switching functions from the driver’s seat, ÖlTiger ® is supplied as standard with an LAS control panel.

Spreading quantity dosing
ÖlTiger ® spreading quantity is manually adjusted directly on the device using the dosing gate (1). To ensure even distribution of different oil binders, the point at which the material hits the spreading plate (2) can also be changed.
