Apply oil binder precisely, efficiently and quickly using fire service or municipal vehicles.
On the one hand, using ÖlTiger ® reduces the potential risk to emergency services when spreading oil binder to a minimum; on the other hand, the machine can spread it much faster, more evenly and more conveniently than by hand. This saves material (up to 70% less oil binder) and therefore subsequent disposal costs.ÖlTiger ® can be connected to almost all vehicles with 12/24 V power supplies, such as cars, trucks, tow vehicles, wheel loaders, etc., and can be installed and fully ready for use in just a few minutes.
Perfectly prepared for special operations:
- Transparent hoppers with the option to empty residual contents (110 l capacity: oil binder for areas up to 1200 m²)
- LAS control panel as standard
- 12 V drive – 24 V operation is also possible via a voltage converter (accessory).
- Slide gate and spreading plate made of stainless steel.
- Front and rear mounting possible
- OPTIONAL: Brine mixer in the container for very poor-flowing oil binders.

To set the spreading width by continuously adjusting the spreading disc speed and to control all switching functions from the driver’s seat, ÖlTiger ® is supplied as standard with an LAS control panel.
Spreading quantity dosing
ÖlTiger ® spreading quantity is manually adjusted directly on the device using the dosing slide (1). To ensure uniform distribution of different oil binders, the position where the material hits the spreading plate (2) can also be changed.
