AgroDos® Granule Spreader 12V/22L

AgroDos ® has the safest technology on the market for using a wide range of granules in potato cultivation!

Plant protection products (PPPs), such as: B. ATTRACAP ®, may only be used with officially tested and approved spreaders which, like AgroDos ®, meet the highest safety criteria. Thanks to extremely precise granule dosing in the milligram range using a rotary valve and the patented reverse function when switching off or lifting, any "leakage" of granules is completely impossible. AgroDos ® also starts only when driving and with the hydraulics lowered. What’s more: EHR monitoring ensures that the lifting process stops automatically and the rotary valve turns back by 25°.

Stops granule trickling thanks to the reverse rotary valve

AgroDos ® is equipped with an automatic reverse system patented by LEHNER, which, when stopped, turns the rotary valve back by 25°. This means that even the smallest amount of granules cannot be accidentally released.
If you forget to stop manually, the EHR monitoring system will signal that it must be switched off when lifting. In addition, AgroDos® is configured so that it can only be started when the vehicle is moving and the hydraulics are lowered.

LAS 4 PSM control panel for safe and reliable operation of AgroDos®.   

In addition to setting the spreading rate by adjusting the rotary valve speed, all other functions can also be performed from the control panel, e.g.: switching on/off, start/stop, EHR alarm setting, automatic emptying of residues, electric rotation and creation of your products (spreading tables). Five selectable languages and program memory for twelve calibration examples make work even more convenient. Speed-dependent dosing is also possible via the 7-pin signal socket or a wheel sensor (accessory).

CONNECTION TYPES:

Electric version   

Thanks to the electrical coupling, all spreaders have gear motors (1), and the cable of the additional spreader only needs to be connected to the multi-pin socket (3) of the spreader already installed – done. Therefore, this very simple connection type is used more often than the mechanical version.

Mechanical version

For mechanical coupling, only the first spreader is equipped with a gear motor (1), which drives the additional spreaders via a cardan shaft (2). However, when mounting AgroDos ® spreaders on the planting unit, it is essential to ensure that all granule spreaders move parallel to each other.
