    BioAktiv Professional Migma Top 100 g is a biological silage preservative for grass, corn and whole plant silage. The product activates lactic and acetic acid bacteria, helps reduce gas and energy losses, inhibits the development of mold fungi and improves the aerobic stability of silage after opening. One 100 g package is intended for up to 100 t of fresh silage mass.

    MIGMA TOP combined effect in silos
    The right combination of components has the following effects:

    • activation of lactic and acetic acid bacteria;
    • fewer gas emissions and lower energy losses;
    • blocking of mold fungi;
    • improved aerobic stability when filling materials;
    • uniform, consistent feed quality throughout the collection phase.

    Suitable for:

    • for all types of silage (grass, corn, all plant silage);
    • for traditional and organic farms;
    • for use in crushers and silo pits.

    Benefits of individual components as silage preservatives

    1. Sodium chloride with oxygen activation

    Impact on the ensiling process:

    • creates favorable initial conditions for a rapid transition to anaerobic conditions;
    • helps reduce unwanted fermentation processes;
    • helps stabilize the internal environment of the silo in the initial phase.

    Benefits for silage: less improper fermentation, less gas release.

    2. Lactobacillus plantarum

    Impact:

    • homofermentative lactic acid bacteria strain;
    • ensures a rapid decrease in pH value;
    • stabilizes silage early.

    Benefits for silage: safe preservation, protection against butyric acid fermentation.

    3. Pediococcus acidilactici

    Impact :

    • very rapid growth of the initial microorganisms;
    • activation already in the early ensiling phase;
    • ensures rapid dominance of desirable lactic acid bacteria.

    Benefits for silage: fast start of fermentation, better fermentation process under difficult initial conditions.

    4. Lactobacillus fermentum

    Impact:

    • homofermentative lactic acid bacteria strain;
    • forms not only lactic acid, but also acetic acid;
    • acetic acid blocks the formation of yeast and mold fungi.

    Silage benefit: increased aerobic stability after opening the silage pit.

    5. Dextrose (carrier)

    Impact:

    • a readily available energy source for lactic acid bacteria;
    • ensures rapid reproduction even in silage materials with low sugar content.

    Benefits for silage: reliable and uniform fermentation, especially in grass and mixed material silages.

    Dosage:

    In the grinder: Dissolve 100 g in 30 l of water and pour into the grinder dosing device. This quantity is sufficient for 100 tons of fresh final product.

    In the silo: dissolve 100 g in 200 l of water, then evenly distribute 100 tons of the final product.

    Note: The silo must be closed for at least 6-8 weeks.

    Storage:

    At room temperature (≤20 °C). Protect from direct sunlight.

    Composition:

    Sodium chloride with BioAktiv technology (natural pure sodium chloride), Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Pediococcus acidilactici, carrier; dextrose.

    Expiration date (unopened package):

    18 months from date of manufacture when stored at ≤ 20 °C.
