The CowCare 120 mm conical mixing nozzle is designed for professional mixing of two-component hoof glue and precise application. Inside the nozzle, both glue components are mixed evenly, ensuring a uniform glue consistency and reliable attachment of hoof blocks.
The nozzle is compatible with 200 and 220 ml two-component glue cartridges and suitable dispensing guns. The conical shape makes it easy to control the glue flow and accurately distribute the adhesive onto wooden, rubber, or polyurethane hoof blocks.

Compatibility
The mixing nozzle is suitable for use with:
„Sticky Dicky“ two-component hoof glue;
„Hoof-Tite HOT“ hoof glue;
„Hoof-Tite COLD“ hoof glue;
other compatible products supplied in 200 or 220 ml two-component glue cartridges.Use
Insert the glue cartridge into a suitable dispensing gun. Remove the cartridge closure and attach the mixing nozzle. Before starting to glue, dispense a small amount of adhesive so that both components begin to flow and are mixed evenly.
After work, leave the used nozzle on the cartridge – the hardened glue will help temporarily seal the cartridge. For the next use, attach a new mixing nozzle.
