The Demotec hoof trimming disc is designed for efficient and precise processing of cattle hoof horn tissue. The lightweight aluminium disc body and seven sharp double-sided blades help quickly and evenly remove the unnecessary hoof horn layer.

Each blade can be turned individually, so when one cutting edge wears out, the other can be used. The replaceable blades are made of durable „Widia“ carbide, characterised by high wear resistance and a long service life.

The special disc design ensures smooth cutting, reduces dust formation and prevents the treated area from overheating. The disc is suitable both for farmers who care for hooves on their farm and for professional hoof care specialists.
