TECHNOLOGIES: 

AVANT 45 3RD GENERATION
Working width from 2.50 to 4 meters. Standard equipment includes a robust cast iron Prism Roller®, a toothed attachment, and side plates. This series is designed for medium and heavy, loose soil operations.

• Front implement with rigid Simplex Prism Roller®
• Diameter 45 cm (rotary harrow speed)
• Cast iron, resistant to stone impacts and breakage.
• Robust 3-row tine field with wide clearance.
• Optional: reinforced double-blade tines for work in heavy soil, illuminated warning signs.

AVANT 56 3RD GENERATION
For heavy tractors and high speeds: “Avant 56” 3rd generation is designed for light, sandy and heavy, loose soils. Working width of the rigid version up to 4 meters. Working width of the hydraulically foldable versions up to 7.2 meters.

• Front implement with “Simplex®” prism roller
• 56 cm diameter (high working speed)
• Cast iron, resistant to stone formation and breakage; also available with “Ultra” synthetic coating for larger working widths.
• Robust 3-lever tine section with wide clearance or hydraulically adjustable flat spring.
• Hydraulic folding (from 4.2 to 7.2 meters)
• Optional: reinforced tines with double blade for work in heavy soils, illuminated warning signs.

Flat spring, hydraulic adjustment
The rear three-point linkage device can be fitted at any time, as it is simply bolted on. This allows the “Avant 30-56” to also be used for rear seedbed preparation, for example leveling winter furrows in late autumn.

The “Simplex SX 460-56 U” and “SX 610-56 U” models without front attachments (toothed or flat springs) can be easily used with front or rear hydraulic systems. However, if you equip the rollers with front attachments and are considering using the front attachment together with a rear attachment for seedbed preparation, we recommend the rear three-point hook. It can be installed at any time, even after purchase.
