Granule spreader AgroDos® 12V/70L

AgroDos ® has the safest technology on the market for applying a wide range of granules in potato cultivation! 

The use of plant protection products (PPPs), such as: B. ATTRACAP ®, is only permitted with officially tested and approved spreaders which, like AgroDos ®, meet the highest safety criteria. Thanks to extremely precise granule dosing in the milligram range using the rotary valve and the patented reverse function when switching off or lifting, any “leakage” of granules is completely impossible. AgroDos ® also only starts when driving and the hydraulics are lowered. What’s more: EHR monitoring ensures that the lifting process stops automatically and the rotary valve turns back by 25°.

Stops granule trickling thanks to the reverse rotary valve 

AgroDos ® is equipped with an automatic reverse system, patented by LEHNER, which turns the rotary valve back by 25° when stopped. This means that even the smallest amount of granules cannot be accidentally released.
If you forget to stop manually, the EHR monitoring system will signal that the unit must be switched off when lifting. In addition, AgroDos® is configured so that it can only be started when the vehicle is moving and the hydraulics are lowered.

LAS 4 PSM control panel for safe and reliable operation of AgroDos®.  

In addition to setting the application quantity via the rotary valve speed setting, all other functions can also be performed from the control panel, e.g.: B. on\/off, start\/stop, setting the EHR alarm, automatic residue emptying, electric rotation and building your own products (spreading tables). Five selectable languages and program memory for twelve calibration samples make work even more convenient. Speed-dependent dosing is also possible via the 7-pin signal socket or a wheel sensor (accessory).

COUPLING TYPES:

Electric version   

Thanks to the electrical coupling, all spreaders have gear motors (1), and you only need to connect the cable of the additional spreader to the multi-pin socket (3) of the already installed spreader – done. Therefore, this very simple type of coupling is used more often than the mechanical version.

Mechanical version 

For mechanical coupling, only the first spreader is fitted with the gear motor (1), which drives additional spreaders via a cardan shaft (2). However, when installing AgroDos ® spreaders on a seeding implement, it is necessary to ensure that all granule spreaders move parallel to each other.
