Hoof-Tite COLD hoof adhesive for cold weather, two-component 

Hoof-Tite COLD – a professional two-component hoof adhesive developed for use at lower ambient temperatures. The thick adhesive consistency helps distribute the product precisely and securely bond wooden or rubber blocks to cattle hooves.

A block glued to the healthy claw helps reduce the load on the damaged or treated claw and creates more favorable conditions for healing. The adhesive is intended for professional hoof care specialists, veterinarians, and cattle farms.

Intended use

Hoof-Tite COLD adhesive is used for:

• bonding wooden hoof blocks;
• bonding rubber hoof blocks;
• reducing the load on a damaged claw;
• filling hoof cracks and irregularities;
• rebuilding a damaged hoof wall.

The block is bonded to the healthy claw to reduce pressure on the damaged or treated claw. 

Use

1. Clean, treat, and thoroughly dry the hoof properly.
2. Insert the 220 ml cartridge into the suitable dispensing gun.
3. Remove the cartridge cap and dispense a small amount of product to ensure both components flow evenly.
4. Attach a new mixing nozzle.
5. Apply the adhesive to a clean, dry block or the prepared hoof surface.
6. Press the block onto the healthy claw.

Do not press the block too hard. An overly thin adhesive layer may reduce bond strength.

Adhesive remaining in the mixing nozzle hardens and temporarily seals the cartridge. Before the next use, fit a new mixing nozzle.
