Professional fast-curing adhesive for attaching wooden and rubber hoof blocks. Recommended for use when the ambient temperature is +18 °C or higher.

„Hoof-Tite HOT“ – professional two-component urethane adhesive developed for cattle hoof care. Designed to firmly bond wooden or rubber blocks to a healthy cattle hoof claw.

By elevating the healthy claw, the load on the injured or treated claw is reduced, allowing the hoof care specialist to perform corrective hoof trimming more effectively.

The adhesive was developed in collaboration with professional hoof care specialists, so its formula is adapted for intensive and precise work on farms and in professional hoof trimming facilities.

Application temperature

„Hoof-Tite HOT“ is recommended for use when the temperature of the environment and the adhesive is +18 °C or higher.

When working at a temperature below +15–18 °C, it is recommended to warm the cartridge in a special adhesive heating box. For work in cold conditions, „Hoof-Tite COLD“ adhesive is more suitable.

Instructions for use

1. Clean, treat and thoroughly dry the hoof surface.
2. Insert the 220 ml cartridge into a suitable adhesive dispensing gun.
3. Remove the cartridge cap and dispense a small amount of adhesive to ensure both components flow evenly.
4. Attach a suitable mixing tip.
5. Apply the adhesive to the wooden or rubber block.
6. Press the block onto the healthy hoof claw and hold until the adhesive begins to cure.
7. Before releasing the animal, make sure the block is securely attached.

For best adhesion, the hoof must be clean, dry and properly prepared. Do not use the adhesive on a dirty, wet or bleeding surface.
