AirDos ® pneumatic hose spreader can be mounted in just a few steps on a wide variety of tillage implements, saving time and combining spreading with another operation. Thanks to the continuously adjustable fan, fine and coarse seeds, small seeds, fertilisers, microgranules and grass mixtures can be distributed in precise doses (max. 30 kg/ha) over a width of 0.8–4 m. All required functions can be controlled from the tractor cab while driving using the supplied LAS4 control unit. But that’s not all: the price/performance ratio of the “AirDos ®” is just as outstanding as its quality, ease of use and efficiency.

In addition to continuous adjustment of the application rate using the cellular wheel shaft and fan speed, other switching functions can also be set and controlled directly on the control panel, such as: for example, machine on/off, voltage check, electric calibration, etc. The control panel also provides visual and audible warnings about motor malfunctions or speed that is too low. Speed-dependent metering with AUTO-DOSING provides even greater convenience.

Removal of the cellular wheel shaft   

To change the cellular wheel shaft with different cells (red, green, blue) for different spreading materials, simply loosen the two locking bolts – no tools required.

Disassembly/assembly of the hose unit

AirDos ® 8 outlets are arranged in two rows one behind the other and form a very compact unit. This means that to remove it you only need to release the side hinge and the entire unit can be separated from the spreader (for example, to carry out a calibration test).

Stainless steel agitator   

The stainless steel agitator shaft located above the cellular wheel shaft loosens the sand and ensures an even flow. The agitator is easily accessible when required and easy to clean.

Baffle   

The deflector plates are manufactured and formed as a single unit. They are very durable and can be easily attached anywhere. Mounting material is included, but the square tube shown is not.
