VENTO® 12V 

Powerful pneumatic spreader with a continuously adjustable high-performance 12 V fan. 

With VENTO ®, thanks to the particularly powerful 12 V fan, mixtures of small and large seeds, cover crops, micro granules, fertilizers and grasses can be spread much more efficiently and economically than with a hydraulic solution. 

VENTO ® also handles high seeding rates without any problems (e.g. 40 kg/ha grass or 120 kg/ha seed). All functions and settings can be conveniently controlled from the driver’s cab via the VENTO II control panel and adjusted while driving. Depending on the VENTO ® version, working widths from 1 to 6 or 12 m can be easily achieved with optimal routing; a single outlet hose length of up to 10 m is possible.

Technical data

VENTO II control panel with 3.3-inch graphic display leaves nothing to be desired. 

All VENTO II functions can be controlled centrally. Operating all functions – whether speed-dependent metering, electronic calibration or automatic residue removal – is completely convenient, simple and intuitive. Even the fan speed and feeder shaft control can be adjusted directly from the control panel. A choice of 20 languages and memory for 75 calibration tests make your work even more pleasant. 

Tool-free handling 

No tools are required to change the cellular wheel shaft with different elements for different spreading materials (small, medium, large) or to assemble and disassemble the hoses. 

Agitator with empty indicator 

The agitator with optimal transmission in the hopper ensures efficient and gentle onward transport, even if the material flows poorly. In addition, the empty indicator shows that the minimum fill volume has been reached.

 Battery cable 6 mm² (6 m) 

VENTO ® is powered only via the supplied 6 mm² battery cable. The battery cable runs directly from the battery to the driver’s cab (holder included in the scope of delivery). The cable is protected by a plug-in fuse (40 A).

Cellular wheel shaft 

VENTO ® is supplied with a blue cellular wheel shaft (2 pcs. 5.0 ml per outlet) and an additional cellular wheel set. It consists of 2.5 ml green, 10.0 ml red cells and blind cells, which can be used for mixtures of small seeds and large legumes, as well as for dosing small seeds and microgranules. 

Baffle 

As standard, VENTO ® is supplied with 8 or 16 baffles with mounting brackets (U-shaped bolts). This means the baffles can be easily attached to a square tube (40 x 40 mm). The square tube is not included in the scope of delivery.
