VENTO ® Pro

Pneumatic hose-type spreader with a working width of up to 42 m. 

VENTO ® Pro – for free mounting on an existing sprayer boom. 

VENTO® Pro system uses two powerful 12-volt fans that transport the spread material through hoses and pipes to individually controlled spreading discs (from 4 to 8), which can distribute cover crops or slug control products up to a width of 42 m.

Characteristics VENTO ® Pro:

• 8 hose connections for connecting 4–8 spreading discs according to an individual project.
• Metal hopper with a capacity of 120 l or 230 l (360 l and 550 l available to order on request).
• Powerful 12 V fans (2 pcs.) and control console.
• Standard equipment includes a speed-dependent dosing and headland control system with a 7-pin signal connector.
• Maximum spreading width per disc: 12 m.
• Quality control of the unit according to JKI RiLi 3-1.0, including test seal and test report.

VENTO II control console with a 3.3-inch graphic display leaves nothing to be desired. 

All functions can be centrally controlled using VENTO II. Operation is completely convenient, simple, and straightforward, whether it is speed-dependent dosing, electric rotation, or automatic residual emptying. Setting the fan speed and controlling the cellular wheel shaft can also be done directly on the control console. 20 languages and program memory with 75 calibration examples make the work even more pleasant. 

Spreading plate with bracket.

The spreading plates can be individually adjusted via the control console and have two throwing blades. To ensure the lowest possible energy consumption, they are automatically started one after the other. The working width of one spreading plate can be up to 12 m, depending on the spreading material. 

Tool-free handling.

No tools are needed to change the mesh wheel shaft with different cells for different spreading materials (small, medium, large) or to assemble and disassemble the hoses. 

Agitator with empty indicator. 

The agitator with optimal transmission in the container ensures efficient and gentle further conveying, even if the contents flow poorly. In addition, the empty indicator shows that the minimum fill volume has been reached.

Battery cable 6 mm² (6 m) 

ENTO ® is powered only via the supplied 6 mm² battery cable. The battery cable runs directly from the battery to the driver's cab (holder included). The cable is protected by a plug-in fuse (40 A). 

Cell wheel shaft.

VENTO ® is supplied with a blue mesh wheel (2 units of 5.0 ml per outlet) and an additional set of mesh wheels. It consists of 2.5 ml green, 10.0 ml red cups and blind cups, which can be used for mixes of small seeds and large legume plants, as well as for dosing small seeds and microgranules. 

The standard VENTO package includes a universal holder.
