VENTO ® Duo is a 12-volt pneumatic hose spreader with a dual-chamber system designed to distribute two types of seed simultaneously at different placement points or at different soil depths. For example, in a single operation, large legumes can be placed directly into the soil profile, while small seeds can be sown at a different depth and in different locations. 

All functions and settings can be conveniently controlled from the driver’s cab via the VENTO II control panel and adjusted while driving. Depending on the nozzle and hose arrangement, a working width from 1 to 6 m can be easily achieved. 

VENTO ® Duo is successful in many respects:

• 2 high-performance 12V fans and separately adjustable cell wheel shafts.
• Available container sizes with a 50/50 or 65/35 ratio.
• Control panel with a 3.3-inch graphic display.
• Speed-dependent metering and headland control via a 7-pin signal connector as standard
• Maximum hose length per outlet: 10 m. 
• Delivery also includes: 16 baffles with U-shaped bracket for assembly, 2 cell wheel shafts (2x 5.0 ml, blue / outlet pipes) and a set of cell wheels, LEHNER Superflex hose (50 m), 2 calibration bags and scales for calibration samples. . , battery cable 6 mm2 (6 m), control cable (6 m), transport and installation frame

The VENTO II control panel with a 3.3-inch graphic display leaves nothing to be desired

All functions can be controlled centrally using VENTO II. Operation is completely convenient, simple and straightforward, whether it is speed-dependent metering, electric rotation or automatic residual emptying. Setting the fan speed and controlling the cell wheel shaft can also be done directly on the control panel. 20 selectable languages and program memory for 75 calibration samples make work even more pleasant.

Container compartments 

VENTO ® Duo containers are divided into two chambers (50/50 or 65/35 split). Each of the two chambers has its own empty-space detector, agitator and embossed roof.

Tool-free handling

No tools are required to change the cell wheel shafts of different elements (A/B) for different spreading materials (fine, medium, coarse) or to assemble and disassemble hoses.

VENTO® Duo has two agitators. 

For optimal movement, two separate agitators (1) in the container ensure the most even seed distribution

Battery cable 6 mm² (6 m) 

VENTO ® Duo is powered only via the supplied 6 mm² battery cable. The battery cable directly from the battery is routed to the driver’s cab (included). The cable is protected by a plug-in fuse (40 A).

Cell wheel shaft 

VENTO ® Duo is supplied with two blue cell wheels 2x5.0 ml and an additional set of cell wheels. It consists of 2.5 ml green, 10.0 ml red cups and blind cups, which can be used for mixtures of fine seeds and large legumes, as well as for dosing fine seeds and microgranules. 

Baffle 

As standard, VENTO ® Duo is supplied with 16 baffles with mounting brackets (U-shaped bolts). This means the baffles can be easily attached to the square tube (40 x 40 mm). The square tube is not included in the scope of delivery. 

The standard VENTO package includes a universal bracket.
