Hauer Polterschild is used for forestry operations for felling and loading round timber. 

The stacker shield has a round, curved shape that allows round logs to be placed as efficiently as possible. During construction, special attention was paid to a short and compact design. The “Polterschild” can be purchased with or without a clamping device. The robust clamping device is operated by two hydraulic cylinders. The main feature of the “Polterschild” is the opening width of the clamping device. It can be opened from 155 mm to 1100 mm. Thanks to the scraper made of extremely robust, wear-resistant steel, the bulldozer blade can also be used for grading and cleaning work without any problems. If required, the opening and closing angle can also be changed using two holes in the clamping device. To prevent the clamped load from slipping, there are teeth on the side parts of the buffer shield. A combined European and three-point mounting is also possible. 

Use with wheeled, telescopic and yard loaders.

Due to the higher hydraulic pressure in the system, it is necessary to install a cylinder protection valve. Suitable hinge plates are available on request.
