Salt for the trap AntiSmell

Trap salt for catching wet bark beetles in the MultiWit® bark beetle trap tray.

AntiSmell Trap Salt is an inorganic, natural product that prevents the release of repellent pheromones (carriers) and putrefactive odors when bark beetles get wet. This means significantly more catches and less control effort. Trap salt has no attractive effect! - Remember to order the right pheromone.

A 150 g package is sufficient for 700 ml of aqueous solution = one collection tray fill.

One filling can suppress the decaying odor of approximately 15,000-20,000 beetles. This means that inspections only need to be made every 4-8 weeks, depending on the intensity and duration of the flight = saving time and money.

AntiSmell trap salt is food grade, so the trap salt or water-salt solution can be disposed of with household waste.
