Zill Lichtenstein 25 × 120 cm bags are designed for pressing silage, haylage film and protective covers. They help to stabilize the cover, reduce the risk of it being lifted by the wind and contribute to better protection of the feed during storage.
The bags are made of high-quality HDPE monofilament fabric, which has a strong, dense weave structure. Due to its high UV stability, the bags can be used for several seasons, making it an economical and reliable solution for farms looking for long-term silage protection.
The integrated handle makes it easy to carry, place and remove the bags from the silo cover. Depending on the configuration, the bags can be supplied with or without a tightening string.
Recommendation for use: It is best to fill the bags with round gravel, approximately 4-8 mm in size. Sharp broken stone can damage the fabric, and sand can impair water drainage from the silo cover.
