The spare wheel mount is designed to install the spreader on an SUV whose spare wheel is typically mounted on the rear door. One hole is pre-drilled at the factory; two additional holes must be drilled according to your vehicle’s bolt pattern. The four holes for mounting the spreader are already factory-drilled.
