Mini Vario®

When every centimeter matters. MiniVario ® features a narrow working width. 

LEHNER MiniVario ® with infinitely adjustable 0.8–6 m working width was developed especially for growing grapes, fruit, hops and asparagus. Thanks to the powerful 12 V drive and the patented VA agitator, it handles all tasks with ease and can optimally meter and apply almost all granular materials such as fertilizer, grass, cover crops or other granular pellets. It makes no difference whether MiniVario ® does its work from the rear or from the front, as the frame has the corresponding mounting holes.

• A control panel with 2-line graphic display is included as standard (optional with AUTO-DOSE function) or alternatively MiniVario ® 110 LISA and MiniVario ® 170 LISA with app control and speed-dependent dosing.

• Patented special agitator with separate drive.

Spread conveniently and comfortably - LAS 4 control unit with empty detector. 

In addition to working width adjustment via infinitely variable setting of the spreading disc speed, all other switching functions can also be performed on the control unit, such as on/off, setting the dosing slide for the spreading material quantity, checking voltage, etc. The control unit also warns visually and acoustically
when the minimum quantity in the hopper is reached (empty detector) and if the slide position is not reached. Speed-dependent dosing with the AUTO-DOSIS control system provides even greater convenience.

Control via the LISA app

Do you already use mobile apps for various tasks and devices? Don’t want to run cables in the driver’s cab, just sit down and start working? Then LEHNER spreaders with LISA control (the smart LEHNER spreader app) are definitely the right choice instead of the traditional control unit. To operate the spreader, simply use your mobile device with holder (not included) and the free LEHNER LISA app. Our LISA-compatible LEHNER spreaders are our own closed-system solutions, therefore it is not possible to modify or convert existing LEHNER spreaders with a control panel to an app-based solution.   

Special agitator 

The stainless-steel agitator with the patented LEHNER mixing system is driven by a separate motor. Thanks to the automatic disengagement mechanism, the agitator can withstand high resistance without overloading the motor. This ensures that quick sand continues to flow. 

Electronic dosing

With MiniVario ® the spreading rate is controlled directly on the control unit. The rate can also be adjusted and changed while driving. 

Variable lateral distribution 

By adjusting the spreading plate diagonally, you can change the feed point of the spreading material and optimally adjust the lateral distribution – with MiniVario ®, even one-sided spreading is easily possible.
