Timber grapple HZ-230 4000kg

Hydraulic timber grapple with an infinite slewing mechanism is ideal for transporting and loading timber, meeting the highest forestry work requirements. 

The boom is made from a durable box-section design. On the underside there is a toothed bar that helps support and better secure the load position. The high-quality infinite rotator is attached to the boom with a large universal joint. The timber tongs are attached to the rotator using a robust flange bracket. This ensures a stable connection with a low overall height. 

The timber tong arms are made of extremely strong fine-grain steel, and all bearings feature lubricated bronze bushings. The signal color on the grapples means their position is always clearly visible. 

Road safety

When transporting on the road, the timber tongs can be secured in a specific transport position using the hook on the boom. No additional tools are required. This can be done very easily without lifting, pulling, or squeezing the tongs.
