    Latin name: Cydalima perspectalis

    - 2 sticky bases (packed separately!),
    - 2 pheromone lures (packed separately!),
    - 1 hanging wire for assembly and
    - detailed instructions. description.

    Main symptoms:

    • eaten leaves are light beige in color
    • light green droppings crumbs in the web and under the plant
    • In case of heavy infestation, the web is clearly visible.

First appearance of caterpillars in spring: mid-March – early April.
Flight period of the first generation: early June (at dusk) --> hang attractant traps before the moths take flight.
Second appearance of caterpillars: mid/late July
Second generation period: August and September (at dusk) --> hang attractant traps before the moths take flight

    Use:

Depending on the area of use, assemble the trap and secure it with the wire provided. (Exact assembly instructions and area of application are described in detail for each pheromone trap.) To prevent the pest from flying  directly into the protected plants, the traps should be hung, for example, on another nearby tree. If this is not possible, the traps can be attached to a stake. Hang the traps between the prevailing wind direction and at eye level. The trap entrances should not be blocked by branches or leaves. Each trap should be checked every 2–3 days. Each time you check the trap, to preserve the entire adhesive surface, the sticky base should be cleaned of stuck insects using an auxiliary tool (e.g., a twig, a wooden spatula).

The traps must be hung before the moths start flying.
