Combined spreader for precise area and row application of seeds, fertilizer and grass!
The VINERO ® hose spreader allows very precise distribution of all types of seeds and granular fertilizers with a spreading width of 0.8–2.2 m – flexibly in a single pass or together with other work steps – evenly between the rows or directly to the side in rows with centimetre accuracy. VINERO ® was specially developed for use in viticulture, fruit growing, hops and horticulture and can be mounted on all vehicles with a 12 V power supply. The application rate (max. 400 kg/ha) can be continuously adjusted on the control panel from the driver’s seat and, of course, changed while driving as well.

In addition to stepless adjustment of the spreading rate using slide position and speed, all other switching functions can also be carried out directly on the control panel, e.g.: switch the machine on/off, open/close the slide, voltage check, etc. The control unit also provides visual and acoustic warnings when the minimum level in the hopper is reached (empty detector) and if the slide is not reached. The automatic slide system provides even more convenience thanks to the headland control system
Wide seed distribution:
For inter-row distribution, all hoses are evenly distributed towards the distribution rail. This means the spreading width is precisely adjusted and limited. The deflectors under the hoses ensure optimal lateral distribution, and sensitivity to wind is minimal.
Side application:
When fertilising rows, the guide hoses are angled diagonally outwards. If required, the inner hoses can be attached to the outer ones, which allows the application rate in the rows to be increased.
Electronic metering
The flow of the VINERO ® spreading material is adjusted directly on the control panel. In addition, the slide position control ensures a uniform application rate.
Slide with agitator
In just a few steps, the slide block can be adapted to different outlets. For a narrow working width (80 cm) we recommend using 4 holes, and for a large width – 8 holes
