Universal sprayer SuperVario ® 12V

Super Vario® 12 V universal spreader. 

Grass, cover crops, slug control pellets and other granulated products should be dosed and distributed properly. 

SuperVario ® is a universal agricultural spreader that operates independently of other drives such as a PTO shaft or hydraulic drive thanks to its 12 V drive. This means that two work processes can often be combined into one, saving time and thereby sustainably reducing effort and costs. The working width can be flexibly adjusted from 2 to 24 m, and the SuperVario ® spreading disc speed can be continuously adjusted from 200 to 3000 rpm – conveniently from the driver’s cab using the standard LAS4 control panel or the app controller. Both controllers also feature various monitoring functions, such as empty level detectors, automatic slip monitoring, etc.

• The standard equipment includes a control panel with a two-line graphic display (optionally with AUTO-DOSIS function) or, on the SuperVario ® 110 LISA and SuperVario ® 170 LISA models, an app-controlled panel with speed-dependent dosing. 
• Visual and audible error message on the control panel.
• Automatic start by shaking sand vigorously 10 times. 
• Continuously adjustable throwing vanes to adjust the spreading pattern.

In addition to adjusting the working width using the stepless setting of the spreading disc speed, the control panel can also be used for all other switching functions, such as on/off, setting the dosing slide for the spreading material quantity, checking voltage, etc. The control panel also provides visual and audible warnings when the minimum hopper level is reached, the speed deviates, or the slip position is not reached. Speed-dependent dosing with the AUTO-DOSIS control system provides even greater convenience.

Control via the LISA app.

To operate the spreader, simply use your mobile device with a holder (not included) and the free LEHNER LISA app. Our LISA-compatible LEHNER spreaders are our own closed-system solutions, so it is not possible to modify or convert existing LEHNER spreaders with a control panel to an app-based solution. 

The subtle difference:

The slide gate and spreading plate are made of stainless steel (a stainless steel frame is available at an additional cost). The spreader can be adapted specifically for grass seeding using the agitator included in the scope of delivery.

Thanks to 12 V technology and a wide range of mounts, the SuperVario ® can be used with almost all vehicles used in agriculture, e.g. ATVs, pickups, etc.
